Maintenance 1 Schedule

Service Includes:

Change Engine Oil and Filter

Reset Oil Life Monitor

Rotate tires, check inflation, pressure and wear

Inspect air filter and replace if necessary*

Trucks: Lubricate front suspension, ball joints, steering linkage and parking brake cable

Visually inspect brake system

Multi-point vehicle inspection

Check engine coolant and windshield fluid levels, add fluid as needed

Maintenance 2 Schedule

Service Includes All of Maintenance 1, Plus:

Lubricate key lock cylinders, body door hinges, hood and trunk hinges

Check transmission fluid levels and add fluid as needed

Inspect cabin air filter and replace if necessary*

Lubricate front suspension: ball joints, steering linkage and parking brake cable

Inspect steering system and suspension for damaged, loose or missing parts

Inspect wiper blades for wear or cracking; replace if necessary*

Lubricate door weather-strips with silicone lubricant

Inspect Brake-Transmission Shift Interlock Switch for proper operation

Additional GM Required Services:

At 25,000 Miles:

Inspect Fuel System for damage or leaks

Inspect exhaust system for loose or damaged components

Cars Only: Replace fuel filter

Allison Transmission Only: Change automatic transmission filter

At 50,000 Miles:

Inspect Fuel System for damage or leaks

Inspect exhaust system for loose or damaged components

Replace engine air cleaner filter

Flush automatic transmission/transaxle fluid

Fuel Service: Clean air intake, clean throttle body, fuel additive.

Clean evaporative control system lines, hoses and valves

Cars Only: Replace Fuel Filter

Trucks with Allison Transmission Only: Flush automatic transmission fluid and replace

At 75,000 Miles:

Inspect Fuel System for damage or leaks

Inspect exhaust system for loose or damaged components

Replace engine air cleaner filter

Cars Only: Replace fuel filter

Trucks with Allison Transmission: Change automatic transmission filter

At 100,000 Miles:

Inspect fuel system for damage or leaks

Inspect exhaust system for loose or damaged components

Replace engine air cleaner filter

Flush automatic transmission/transaxle fluid

Replace spark plugs

Inspect spark plug wires

Fuel Service: Clean air intake, clean throttle body, fuel additive

Clean evaporative control system lines, hoses and valves

Cars Only: Replace fuel filter

Trucks with Allison Transmission Only: Flush automatic transmission fluid and replace filter

Trucks with 4-wheel drive and automatic transfer case Only: Change transfer case fluid and check vent hose at transfer case

At 125,000 Miles:

Inspect fuel system for damage or leaks

Inspect exhaust system for loose or damaged components

Replace air filter

Cars Only: Replace fuel filter

Trucks with Allison Transmission Only: Change automatic transmission filter

At 150,000 Miles:

Inspect fuel system for damage or leaks

Inspect exhaust system for loose or damaged components

Replace engine air cleaner filter

Flush automatic transmission/transaxle fluid

Engine cooling system service (or every 5 years, whichever occurs first)

Inspect engine accessory drive belt

Clean evaporative control system lines, hoses and valves

Fuel Service: clean air intake, clean throttle body, fuel additive

Cars Only: Replace fuel filter

Trucks with Allison Transmission Only: Flush automatic transmission fluid and replace filter

Trucks with 4-wheel drive and automatic transfer case Only: Change transfer case fluid and check vent hose at transfer case
